Job summary

Medtronic is seeking an Area Sales Manager for ENT products, remotely based with territory travel across multiple locations. The role focuses on selling ENT capital and disposable products to hospitals and clinics, driving quotas and sales objectives.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of relevant sales experience in medical devices or healthcare, with a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance.
• Flexibility to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Plan, strategize and execute face-to-face sales calls with physicians, nurses and other key influencers to demonstrate, in-service and sell ENT products.
• Monitor and report competitive activity within the territory to management.
• Provide support and service to clinical personnel in a surgical environment.
• Maintain flexible schedule to attend meetings and courses inside and outside of assigned territory, possibly outside normal hours including weekends.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
