Job summary

Medtronic is seeking an Area Sales Manager for ENT to develop and execute sales plans across multiple states in a remote-friendly arrangement. The role requires strong relationship-building with physicians and hospital staff, delivering product demonstrations, and meeting or exceeding quotas in a dynamic healthcare setting.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in medtech or life sciences sales, a valid driver's license, and a proven track record in ENT or related products.

Qualifications

8+ years of sales experience with medtech, life sciences, or healthcare devices.
Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
Experience selling ENT capital or disposable products is a plus.

Responsibilities

Plan, strategize and execute face-to-face sales calls with physicians, nurses and other stakeholders to sell ENT products to hospitals and outpatient facilities.
Monitor and report competitive activity within the territory to management.
Provide support and service to clinical personnel in a surgical environment.
Maintain a flexible schedule to attend meetings and courses; may include weekends.
Perform other duties as assigned.
