Job summary

Acceleration Academies, LLC is hiring Enrollment Counselors to support student enrollment growth across our academy network. This role is remote and nationwide, focusing on guiding prospective students and guardians through the enrollment process with empathy and efficiency.

You will manage the full enrollment funnel, from initial inquiry to first day, while leveraging CRM tools, meeting enrollment targets, and collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team for ongoing recruitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in communications, sales, or related field
• 1–3 years in telemarketing, call centers, or enrollment roles; consultative sales preferred
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Engage prospective students and families across outreach channels
• Own the full enrollment funnel from inquiry to first day
• Explain program structure, pacing, and responsibilities clearly
• Coordinate with Document Processors for enrollment documents
• Maintain real-time CRM records and meet enrollment metrics
• Represent the company with professionalism in all interactions
