Job summary

Daymark Health is hiring an Enrollment Specialist to serve as a frontline ambassador, enrolling new patients and supporting referrals. You will conduct outbound calls, guide patients through enrollment, and triage inquiries, ensuring a smooth start to Daymark’s compassionate, team-based care program.

You will operate in a fully remote role based in Rhode Island or the Greater Boston Area, with a base + commission structure and a focus on achieving daily enrollment targets while delivering

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in enrollment, patient outreach, call center, or SDR with high phone volume.
• Ability to build trust quickly with providers and patients.
• Strong organizational skills and proactive problem solving.
• Comfort with startup pace and frequent change.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; professional tone.
• Fluent in multiple languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make 50+ outbound calls per day to prospective patients and caregivers to introduce Daymark’s services and support.
• Guide patients through the enrollment process, surfacing goals and concerns to tailor support.
• Respond to inbound communications, triage requests, and connect patients to the right team.
• Obtain patient consent, complete enrollment surveys, and escalate urgent needs to clinical teams.
• Share feedback with internal teams based on patient and provider needs, referral trends, and barriers to access.
• Work a structured schedule with coverage to ensure patient access.
