Job summary

Daymark Health is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to act as a frontline ambassador, enrolling patients and guiding them through the enrollment process with healthcare providers. The role involves calling prospective patients, triaging needs, and ensuring a smooth first experience with Daymark’s program.

You’ll work with a remote team from Southern California, using Salesforce and other tools to track interactions.

Qualifications

3+ years in enrollment, patient outreach, call center, or SDR with high phone volume.
Relational and empathetic; build trust quickly with providers and patients.
Organized and proactive; bring structure to dynamic situations.
Excited about startups and able to adapt to change.
Strong written and spoken communication.
Tech-savvy with CRM and common tools.
Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

Make 50+ outbound calls per day to prospective patients and caregivers to introduce Daymark’s services and support.
Guide patients through enrollment, surfacing goals and concerns.
Respond to inbound communications, triage requests, route to right team.
Obtain patient consent, complete enrollment surveys, escalate urgent needs.
Share feedback with internal teams on patient/provider needs and barriers.
Work a structured schedule to ensure patient access.
