Qualifications

• 3+ years of enrollment, patient outreach, call center, or SDR experience with high phone volume.
• Ability to build trust with providers and patients.
• Strong organizational and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with startup environments and frequent change.

Responsibilities

• Make 50+ outbound calls per day to prospective patients and caregivers.
• Guide patients through enrollment, surfacing goals and concerns.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and triage requests.
• Obtain patient consent and complete enrollment surveys.
• Elevate urgent needs to clinical teams as needed.
• Share feedback to improve enrollment processes and patient experience.
