The role involves a high-volume outbound calling routine, coordinating enrollment with providers, and ensuring a positive first experience for patients. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in enrollment or outreach, strong communication skills, and comfort in a startup setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in enrollment, outreach, call center or SDR role with high phone volume.
• Strong ability to build trust with providers and patients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfort with startup environments and frequent change.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make 50+ outbound calls per day to prospective patients and caregivers to introduce Daymark’s services and support.
• Guide patients through the enrollment process, surfacing goals and concerns to tailor support.
• Respond to inbound communications, triage requests, and ensure patients are connected to the right team members.
• Obtain patient consent, complete enrollment surveys, and escalate urgent needs to clinical teams.
• Share feedback with internal teams based on patient and provider needs, referral trends, and barriers to access.
• Work a structured schedule with coverage to ensure patient access
