Remote Enrollment Specialist – Healthcare Access

Job summary

Daymark Health is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to be the frontline ambassador for our value-based cancer care program. You will build trust with providers and patients, guide referrals, and help individuals access compassionate, team-based care over the phone and online.

You will handle high-volume outreach, enroll new patients, and ensure an exceptional first experience, while collaborating with clinical teams to address urgent needs and improve enrollment processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in enrollment, patient outreach, call center, or SDR with high phone volume.
• Ability to build trust with providers and patients with empathy and clarity.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a startup environment.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Suite, EHRs).

Responsibilities

• Make 50+ outbound calls per day to prospective patients and caregivers.
• Guide patients through enrollment, surface goals and concerns.
• Respond to inbound inquiries, triage requests, and connect to the right team.
• Obtain consent, complete enrollment surveys, escalate urgent needs.
• Share feedback to improve enrollment process and patient experience.
• Maintain a structured schedule to ensure patient access.
