Daymark Health is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to serve as a frontline ambassador, helping providers enroll patients and connect them with Daymark's compassionate care program. You will make outbound calls, guide enrollment, and ensure a smooth first experience for new patients, while coordinating with clinical teams.

This fully remote role requires base within Rhode Island or the Greater Boston Area; hours are Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–5 PM ET, with possible evening/weekend coverage.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in enrollment, patient outreach, or high-volume call center.
• Proven ability to enroll patients and meet targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with CRMs and health tech tools.

Responsabilidades

• Make 50+ outbound calls daily to prospective patients and caregivers.
• Guide patients through enrollment, surfacing goals and concerns.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and triage requests.
• Obtain consent, complete surveys, escalate urgent needs.
• Provide feedback to teams on access barriers and trends.
• Maintain a structured schedule to ensure patient access.
