Daymark Health is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to act as a frontline ambassador, enrolling patients and guiding them through Daymark’s compassionate, team-based care. You’ll reach out by phone, triage referrals, and ensure a smooth first experience for new enrollees.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in enrollment or high-volume outreach, excel at building trust with providers and patients, and adapt well to startup dynamics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in enrollment, patient outreach, call center, or SDR role with high phone volume.
• Empathetic, relational and trusted communication with providers and patients.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented in dynamic environments.
• Excited about startups and comfortable with frequent change.
• Strong written and spoken communication; professional tone.
• Tech-savvy with CRM (Salesforce) and tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Suite, EHRs.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Make 50+ outbound calls per day to prospective patients and caregivers.
• Guide patients through enrollment process; surface goals and concerns.
• Respond to inbound communications; triage requests; connect to right teams.
• Obtain patient consent, complete enrollment surveys, escalate urgent needs.
• Share feedback with internal teams on patient/provider needs and barriers.
• Work a structured schedule with coverage to ensure patient access.
