Daymark Health is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to serve as a frontline ambassador, enrolling patients and guiding them through our compassionate, team-based care program. You will handle outbound and inbound communications, coordinate enrollment steps, and ensure a great first experience for patients and providers.

Based remotely in Rhode Island or Greater Boston, you will work a Mon-Fri schedule, with base pay around $60,000–$70,000 plus potential $10,000–$15,000 in commissions, depending

Qualifications

• 3+ years in enrollment, patient outreach, call center, or SDR with high phone volume.
• Ability to build trust with providers and patients.
• Able to work in a startup environment with frequent change.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Comfort with CRM tools and new systems.

Responsibilities

• Make 50+ outbound calls per day to prospective patients and caregivers.
• Guide patients through enrollment, surfacing goals and concerns.
• Respond to inbound communications and triage requests.
• Obtain consent, complete enrollment surveys, escalate urgent needs to clinical teams.
• Share feedback to internal teams on enrollment barriers and trends.
• Maintain structured schedule to ensure patient access.
