Daymark Health is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to act as a frontline ambassador, enrolling new patients and guiding them through the Daymark care program. You will spend significant time on outbound calls, triaging inquiries, and coordinating with clinical teams to ensure timely access and a positive first experience for patients and providers.

• 3+ years in enrollment, patient outreach, call center, or SDR with high phone volume.

Responsabilidades

• Make 50+ outbound calls per day to prospective patients and caregivers to introduce Daymark’s services and support.
• Guide patients through enrollment, surface goals and concerns to tailor support.
• Respond to inbound communications, triage requests, and connect patients to the right teams.
• Obtain patient consent, complete enrollment surveys, and escalate urgent needs to clinical teams.
• Share feedback with internal teams based on patient/provider needs and barriers to access.
• Work a structured schedule to ensure patient access.
