Job summary

Daymark Health Inc. is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to enroll new patients and connect them with Daymark’s care teams. You will handle outbound calls, guide patients through enrollment, and ensure a positive first experience for both patients and providers.

You’ll work remotely from Southern California, using Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, and other tools, with a base salary plus commissions tied to enrollment targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in enrollment, patient outreach, call center, or SDR with high call volume.
• Ability to build trust with providers and patients quickly and genuinely.
• Strong organizational skills and initiative in dynamic environments.
• Comfort with startup pace and frequent change.
• Excellent verbal and written communication tailored to audience.

Responsibilities

• Make 50+ outbound calls per day to prospective patients and caregivers.
• Guide patients through enrollment, surfacing goals and concerns.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and triage requests to the right team.
• Obtain consent, complete enrollment surveys, escalate urgent needs.
• Share feedback on enrollment barriers and referral trends with teams.
• Maintain a structured schedule to ensure patient access.
