Job summary

Daymark Health is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to be a frontline ambassador, making outbound calls, guiding enrollment, and delivering an exceptional first experience.

You’ll work a remote schedule within Southern California, Monday–Friday 8:30 AM to 5 PM EST with flexibility for evenings or weekends. Base plus commission; 3+ years of enrollment or call-center experience preferred; bilingual a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of enrollment, patient outreach, call center, or SDR role with high phone volume.
• Relational and empathetic; able to build trust quickly with providers and patients.
• Organized, proactive; bring structure to dynamic or ambiguous situations.
• Excited about startups and comfortable with frequent change.
• Strong written and spoken communication; able to tailor to audience.
• Tech-savvy; CRM such as Salesforce; adapt to new systems and workflows.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make 50+ outbound calls per day to prospective patients and caregivers to introduce Daymark’s services and support.
• Guide patients through the enrollment process, surfacing goals and concerns to tailor support.
• Respond to inbound communications, triage requests, and ensure patients are connected to the right team members.
• Obtain patient consent, complete enrollment surveys, and elevate urgent needs to clinical teams.
• Share feedback with internal teams based on patient and provider needs, referral trends, and barriers to access.
• Work a structured schedule with coverage to ensure patient access.
