Daymark Health is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to be a frontline ambassador, building trust with providers, enrolling new patients, and guiding them through our care enrollment process. You will spend the day on the phone introducing services, triaging referrals, and delivering an exceptional first experience.

We value 3+ years in enrollment or high-volume call roles, the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in enrollment, patient outreach, call center, or SDR with high phone volume.
• Relational and empathetic, capable of building trust with providers and patients.
• Organized and proactive, bring structure to dynamic situations.
• Excited about startups and comfortable with frequent change.
• Strong communicator, written and verbal, adaptable to audience.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to introduce Daymark’s services and support.
• Guide patients through enrollment, surface goals, and tailor support.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and triage requests to the right team.
• Obtain consent, complete enrollment surveys, and escalate urgent needs.
