EducationDynamics is seeking an Enrollment Manager to lead enrollment coaches across partner accounts and translate goals into focused operating plans. You will build high-performing teams and optimize the student journey from inquiry to enrollment.

The role relies on dashboards, CRM data, and cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable outcomes for each partnership. You will balance client priorities with quality and compliance, coach teams to strong performance, and communicate results

Qualificações

• Senior or Executive Coaches with at least 6 months in the role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred.
• 5+ years in enrollment management, admissions, student support, or related performance-driven environments.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and manage teams toward defined goals.
• Working knowledge of enrollment practices and the prospective student journey.
• CRM familiarity, preferably Salesforce, plus telephony and reporting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop enrollment coaches across partner accounts.
• Own daily enrollment activities from inquiry response to enrollment.
• Monitor pipeline health, contact rates, and resource coverage; rebalance as needed.
• Translate data into actionable insights and improvement plans.
• Collaborate with client services, marketing, and operations to meet partner goals.
