Job summary

Edgewood University seeks an Enrollment Operations & Engagement Manager to lead enrollment data integrity, CRM workflows, and operational procedures across graduate enrollment and student services. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Experience with enrollment operations, admissions, student information systems, CRM administration, data analysis, or a related field.
• Experience independently managing projects, processes, or system improvements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze enrollment data and processes to identify discrepancies, data integrity issues, trends, and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Develop and conduct recurring audits and quality assurance processes for enrollment records and related data.
• Evaluate existing enrollment processes and independently identify opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, communication, and consistency.
• Analyze unique or non-standard enrollment situations and document step-by-step guidance for impacted departments.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert for Slate CRM and related enrollment systems; design and maintain CRM workflows and reporting.
