Job summary

Edgewood University seeks an Enrollment Operations & Engagement Manager to lead enrollment data quality, CRM workflows, and communications. You will collaborate across Admissions, Graduate Enrollment, Registrar, Advising, and Marketing to implement robust data processes and automated solutions.

Responsibilities include audits, workflow design, and training staff, ensuring alignment with enrollment policies, and reducing manual work through automation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience with enrollment operations, admissions, student information systems, CRM administration, data analysis, or a related field.
• Experience independently managing projects, processes, or system improvements preferred.
• Advanced working knowledge of CRM systems, notably Slate, and SIS such as Jenzabar.

Responsibilities

• Analyze enrollment data and processes to identify discrepancies and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop, document, implement, and evaluate new procedures and workflows.
• Serve as SME for Slate CRM; design and maintain CRM workflow changes and reports.
• Manage automated communications, campaigns, events, and related CRM functionality.
• Establish data governance, auditing, and standards within the CRM and student records.
