IDEA Public Schools in Texas seeks a Regional Enrollment Manager to lead enrollment efforts across the region and coach Enrollment Coordinators, coordinating events and trainings to meet ambitious targets.

You will manage data-driven strategies, run weekly tactical meetings, and drive family onboarding from lottery through the first day of school, with a focus on English-Spanish speaking families and travel across campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, organizing and in-field recruitment.
• Willing to travel across the region.
• Bilingual (English-Spanish) preferred.
• Strong data analysis and Excel skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify enrollment gaps and drive ECs to action.
• Lead weekly Enrollment Coordinator Tactical meetings.
• Develop recruitment plans targeting families within 3–5 miles of each school.
• Secure regional recruitment events and oversee EC field activity.
• Ensure on-time enrollment milestones and onboarding.
• Coordinate trainings and provide ongoing support.
