EAB seeks a Senior Associate, Enrollment Success to leverage Navigate360 Enrollment Success capabilities and partner insights to advance partner enrollment goals. You will work with Strategic Leaders and cross-functional teams to translate product data into actionable strategies, build scalable resources, and drive adoption across partner institutions.

Ideal candidates combine strong consultative skills with analytics, and a passion for education technology.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in customer success, consulting, or related client-facing environment.
• Ability to translate product capabilities into actionable client strategies.
• Experience using data to identify trends and inform recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep product expertise across Navigate360 Enrollment Success capabilities.
• Provide one-to-one enrollment success support and strategic recommendations.
• Lead partner meetings and translate priorities into effective use of Enrollment Success.
