EducationDynamics is seeking a Senior Enrollment Coach to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for client institutions, from inquiry handling to enrollment. The role emphasizes direct contact with prospective students, program information delivery, and collaboration with clients to optimize enrollment strategies.

You will maintain accurate records in the CRM, ensure compliance, and support continuing engagement including post-start retention where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience in a consultative sales role with attention to detail and ability to engage with diverse prospective students.
• Knowledge of higher education (online, graduate, traditional) sector.
• Strong communication and turn‑around skills for fast-paced environments.

Responsabilités

• Manage a large database of prospective student inquiries and handle 100+ calls per day when needed.
• Guide prospects through programs, applications, and enrollment processes to drive informed decisions.
• Collaborate with management and clients to design effective enrollment processes and strategies.
• Interact with clients via phone, email, and in person and update CRM accordingly.
• Assist in document collection and ensure accurate enrollment information.
