Job summary

EAB is seeking a Senior Associate, Enrollment Success to work with Navigate360 Enrollment Success offerings, advising strategic leaders and cross-functional teams. The role focuses on translating institutional priorities into effective platform use, driving adoption, and providing scalable resources to improve partner outcomes.

The position may be based in Washington, DC, Richmond, VA, or open to remote work within the continental United States, with a preference for East Coast hours.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, account management, implementation, or similar client-facing roles.
• Ability to translate product capabilities into practical client recommendations.
• Experience using data to identify trends, assess performance, and inform recommendations.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for stakeholder meetings and trainings.
• Willingness to travel domestically and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one Enrollment Success support for assigned partners and lead partner meetings.
• Translate enrollment priorities into effective use of Enrollment Success tools and actions.
• Develop scalable resources, playbooks, and training to improve adoption across partners.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to drive adoption initiatives.
