Job summary

Human Capital Education (HCE), based in Denver, seeks an Enrollment Manager to lead a team of Enrollment Coaches from inquiry through enrollment. You will coach staff, manage performance, and partner with HR to recruit, train, and schedule, while ensuring pipeline health and conversion targets are met.

This role requires 3+ years of management in higher education enrollment services, strong communication, and the ability to translate enrollment data into actionable insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of management experience.
• Experience with higher education enrollment services required.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to coach and develop a department staff.
• Familiarity with enrollment data metrics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor and develop employees.
• Lead employees to meet productivity, quality, and goals.
• Empower employees to take responsibility and think critically.
• Provide performance feedback through evaluations and recognition.
• Recruit, interview, select, and train new employees.
• Maintain team schedules and coverage.
• Communicate with academic partners to report results.
• Review and update departmental processes.
