Classical Conversations, Inc. is seeking a Concurrent Enrollment Operations Specialist to own the full CE lifecycle—registration, billing, assessor onboarding, partner liaison, and reporting—within a remote, structured environment.

You’ll develop deep process expertise and drive accurate, timely activity across term deadlines, supporting high school students pursuing CC’s classical Christian higher education mission.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Four or more years of experience with Classical Conversations programs.
• Three or more years of higher education enrollment and administration experience.
• Experience with student information systems (e.g., Jenzabar), learning management systems, and digital registration workflows.
• Working knowledge of CC curriculum, programs, and philosophy preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
• Intermediate proficiency in Google Workspace, messaging tools, and project management tools (e.g., Workfront).

Responsabilidades

• Complete CE registrations, enrollment changes, and student records ahead of partner deadlines.
• Respond to family inquiries within one business day and resolve tier 3 issues within five days.
• Resolve declined payments and billing errors, and issue refunds promptly.
• Onboard new assessors including contract, background check, and system access.
• Deliver weekly CE operations report and monthly performance report.
• Maintain relationships with partner universities ensuring consistent processes.
• Own Bookstore-to-Jenzabar integration and resolve cross-team workflow issues.
• Anticipate operational issues and keep the Director of CC Plus informed.
