Job summary

The Center for Allied Health Education (CAHE) is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to support the Admissions Department by increasing lead volume and engaging prospective students. You will focus on follow-up, applicant communication, and guiding applicants from inquiry to enrollment.

This role requires strong communication, professionalism, and the ability to build rapport with prospective students over the phone and in virtual meetings. Hybrid or remote options may be considered.

Qualifications

• Some college coursework; degree preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to conduct virtual meetings and presentations.
• Highly organized with strong follow-up and multitasking.
• Flexible to accommodate evening or late-hour engagement.
• Experience in admissions, recruiting, or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow-up with prospective students and inbound leads.
• Serve as primary contact for applicants via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Provide information on CAHE programs and admissions requirements.
• Schedule and conduct Microsoft Teams meetings with prospective students.
• Maintain ongoing communication with applicants throughout the admissions process.
• Accurately document interactions and manage lead activity within internal systems.
• Collaborate with the Admissions team to support enrollment goals.
• Perform additional administrative and admissions-related tasks as needed.
