• Basic understanding of product catalogs, coverage selections, or benefits-plan terminology is helpful.
• Able to manage assigned remote queues while following established procedures.

Responsabilités

• Enter and update enrollment records in the designated platform, confirming required fields and effective dates.
• Use product catalogs and eligibility rules to match requests with available plan options and coverage selections.
• Monitor CRM and shared-workflow queues, routing incomplete submissions for clarification and tracking resolution.
• Reconcile enrollment details against applications, supporting documents, and carrier response files.
• Maintain system notes and status trackers so product, service, and agency partners have current information.
