Northeastern University is hiring an Assistant Director, Student Enrollment for the Northeastern Online portfolio. The role focuses on counseling prospective students, guiding them through admissions, and supporting new student registration in a fully remote capacity.

The position emphasizes high-volume outreach, timely communications, and collaboration with College Deans and Program Directors to meet enrollment goals.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Two to four years of experience in student enrollment, nontraditional college admissions, and/or sales.
• Proven ability to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to be sensitive and responsive to the needs of diverse constituencies while managing goals.
• Positive attitude and self-starter mentality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some nights and weekends.
• Ability to travel periodically, as required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide applicants and prospective students with information and guidance on programs, admissions requirements, application directions, course format options, financial aid, registration, college services, and other enrollment activities.
• Counsel prospective students to identify appropriate programs by skills, interests, and career goals; assist with admissions process and timelines; support registration.
• Complete outreach to leads and applicants to meet enrollment goals; conduct pre-application screenings and timely application reviews.
• Coordinate and perform outbound call campaigns; provide feedback to improve enrollment management; act as enrollment resource for Northeastern Online.
• Maintain working knowledge of Northeastern Online program portfolio; advise on pathways and admissions routes; provide backend support.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and application systems; prepare reports on activity; ensure student interactions are well documented.
