Job summary

Acceleration Academies is hiring Enrollment Counselors to support student enrollment growth across our academy network. This remote, full-time role guides prospective students and guardians through the enrollment process with empathy and clarity.

You will manage the full enrollment funnel, from inquiry to first day, using CRM tools, exceed enrollment goals, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless student experience nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Sales, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in telemarketing, call centers, or similar enrollment roles; consultative sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, and time management skills.
• Passion for helping disengaged students succeed.
• Experience with CRM or telemarketing software (HubSpot, Salesforce, Five9, RingCentral) preferred.
• Must pass state and federal background checks.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospective students and families through inbound and outbound outreach.
• Manage the full enrollment funnel from initial inquiry to first day.
• Guide students through application steps with clear directions.
• Explain school structure, program requirements, pacing, and student responsibilities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of outreach and interactions.
• Meet or exceed enrollment goals and performance metrics.
