Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2 years’ equivalent experience in student recruitment, enrollment, sales, and/or customer service.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a school or educational setting.
• Availability for evening/weekend work and multi-day travel.
• Experience with CRM platforms and lead management tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office and virtual communication platforms (Zoom, Teams).
• This is a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Implement student recruitment strategies to meet enrollment goals.
• Support relations with local community agencies and serve as the point of contact for prospective families.
• Direct outreach strategy execution and monitor engagement documentation.
• Ensure data integrity and audit readiness through oversight and analytics.
• Report to the Vice President, Business.
