Qualifications

• 2+ years of target-driven sales experience.
• High-volume daily activity and pipeline velocity.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and video tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth by articulating the value of tech training and delivering compelling presentations.
• Maintain high-volume outreach to advance candidates through the sales funnel.
• Exceed enrollment targets, conversion velocity, and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Host in-person and camera-on consultations to build trust and motivate action.
• Partner across teams on retention initiatives to ensure starts.
• Adapt to evolving priorities and perform miscellaneous duties.
