You will conduct live and camera-on consultations, drive pipeline growth, manage high-volume outreach, and ensure students complete enrollment and onboarding steps. A 2+ year sales track record and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in target-driven sales environments.
• Experience with high-volume outreach and pipeline velocity.
• Proven track record of meeting enrollment targets.
• Strong presentation and active-listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive Consultative Pipeline Growth: articulate value and close prospective students.
• Maintain High-Volume Outreach to move candidates through the funnel.
• Exceed Performance & Conversion Quotas in a fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrate Purpose-Driven Sales Grit when handling objections.
• Navigate the Enrollment Funnel from consultation to onboarding.
• Deliver Engaging In-Person and Camera-On Consultations.
