MyComputerCareer seeks an Enrollment Advisor in Charlotte, NC to guide prospective students toward IT careers with emphasis on cybersecurity training. The role focuses on consultative sales, building trust in person and via video, and navigating enrollment milestones including funding and compliance.

You will manage a high-volume pipeline, engage candidates with compelling program value, and collaborate across teams to support student starts and retention.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of demonstrated success in target-driven sales environments.
• High-volume activity discipline with pipeline velocity management.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and video presentation tools.
• Strong presentation and active-listening skills to convert career goals into enrolled starts.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth by articulating the value of IT training.
• Maintain high-volume outreach to advance candidates through the sales funnel.
• Exceed enrollment targets, conversion velocity, and KPIs in a fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrate resilience and goal-oriented drive under objections.
• Guide candidates through enrollment milestones, including funding documentation and compliance.
• Deliver engaging in-person and camera-on consultations to build trust and motivate starts.
• Support retention initiatives to ensure candidates start on schedule.
• Adapt to evolving priorities and perform other duties as assigned.
