MyComputerCareer in Columbus, OH is seeking an Enrollment Advisor to drive prospective students through the enrollment funnel for cybersecurity training and IT certifications. You will conduct consultative sales, close enrollments, and coordinate funding and onboarding processes in a high-energy, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven Sales Success: 2+ years in target-driven sales environments.
• High-Volume Activity Discipline: Proven track record of executing high-daily-activity routines.
• Tech & Pipeline Literacy: Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), video presentation tools, and sales performance dashboards.
• Mission Alignment & Communication: Exceptional presentation and active-listening skills, with the emotional intelligence required to turn candidate career aspirations into enrolled starts.

Responsibilities

• Drive Consultative Pipeline Growth: articulate the value of tech skills training and close enrollments.
• Maintain High-Volume Outreach: execute daily activity standards to advance candidates through the funnel.
• Exceed Performance & Conversion Quotas: meet and exceed enrollment targets, conversion velocity, and KPIs.
• Demonstrate Purpose-Driven Sales Grit: maintain energy and resilience when overcoming objections.
• Navigate the Enrollment Funnel: guide candidates through milestones, funding docs, and onboarding.
• Deliver Engaging In-Person and Camera-On Consultations: build trust and present programs.
• Champion Student Retention & Starts: collaborate across teams to ensure start readiness.
• Adapt to Evolving Priorities: perform other duties as assigned.
