Job summary

MyComputerCareer Inc. is seeking an Enrollment Advisor for the Cyber Warrior Program to help military personnel transition into civilian IT careers.

You will guide prospective students through the enrollment funnel, deliver consultative presentations, and manage funding and onboarding with energy and accountability. This remote, full-time role offers a dynamic, target-driven environment with strong benefits and tuition support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of demonstrated sales success in target-driven environments.
• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce), video tools, and dashboards.
• Strong presentation and active-listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Close prospective students via consultative sales and outreach.
• Maintain high-volume activity to move candidates through funnel.
• Exceed enrollment targets and KPIs in a fast-paced setting.
• Deliver engaging consultations (in person or video).
• Guide candidates through enrollment milestones and funding paperwork.
• Collaborate across teams to improve retention and starts.
