Vanguard College Prep is seeking an experienced Enrollment Advisor to guide ambitious students and parents through the admissions journey. This remote role rewards consultative selling, closing high-ticket enrollments, and building trusted relationships with families.

You will manage a full-cycle pipeline, collaborate with marketing and leadership, and stay informed about admissions trends to drive monthly revenue goals.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of consultative sales experience with high-ticket outcomes.
• Proven track record meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
• Reliable home setup with high-speed internet and a distraction-free workspace.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and CRM tools (HubSpot/GoHighLevel) and Zoom.

Aufgaben

• Enrollment Consultations & Closing: conduct consultative enrollment meetings with families to understand goals and timelines.
• Evaluate needs and recommend Vanguard program or pathway best suited to the student.
• Communicate Vanguard's methodology, pricing, outcomes, and value clearly.
• Build trust and guide families through high-consideration enrollment decisions.
• Address questions, concerns, and objections during decision making.
• Ask qualified families for enrollment and guide next steps to close.
• Meet monthly enrollment and revenue goals through consultative selling.
• Maintain knowledge of Vanguard programs and industry trends.
