Vanguard College Prep seeks an Admissions Sales Consultant to guide families through the enrollment journey. You will lead consultative meetings, present program options, and drive qualified enrollments while maintaining a robust CRM pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 3+ years of consultative sales experience with high-ticket closes.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and revenue targets.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to build trust quickly.
• Strong discovery, presentation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a distraction-free home workspace.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultative enrollment meetings with prospective students and parents.
• Communicate Vanguard’s methodology, pricing, outcomes, and value clearly.
• Maintain CRM records and follow up with qualified leads through enrollment.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership on lead quality and objections.
• Support webinars, events, and outreach to generate qualified opportunities.
