Job summary

Vanguard College Prep is seeking an Enrollment Advisor to guide ambitious students and families through the admissions journey. You will conduct consultative enrollment meetings, clearly communicate Vanguard’s program value, and drive enrollment decisions with a professional, trust-based approach.

The role offers fully remote work with national coverage, uncapped commissions, and a strong base plus attractive OTE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3+ years of consultative sales experience with high-ticket products or services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets; quotas, close rates, and revenue.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to quickly build trust with students and parents.
• Strong discovery, presentation, objection-handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Reliable home workspace with high-speed internet for video consultations.

Responsibilities

• Enrollment consultations and closing with prospective students and parents.
• Pipeline & CRM management from initial contact to enrollment.
• Sales development & collaboration with marketing and leadership to improve lead quality and outreach.
