Job summary

Vanguard College Prep is seeking an admissions sales consultant to guide families through the college planning journey. You’ll conduct enrollment consultations, assess student goals, and confidently close enrollments with a consultative approach.

You’ll manage CRM activity, forecast monthly enrollment and revenue, and collaborate with marketing. This remote role offers uncapped commissions, a base salary, comprehensive benefits, and flexible scheduling to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 3+ years of consultative sales experience with high-ticket closes.
• Strong communication and ability to build trust with families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct enrollment consultations with prospective students and parents.
• Own qualified opportunities from first contact to enrollment.
• Maintain CRM records of consultations, follow-ups and next steps.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership on lead quality and objections.
• Meet enrollment and revenue targets through consultative selling.
