Job summary

Vanguard College Prep is seeking an Admissions Sales Consultant to guide ambitious students and families through one of their most important academic journeys in a fully remote, high-support environment that rewards performance.

You will lead consultative enrollment meetings, control CRM pipelines from first touch to onboarding, and collaborate with marketing and leadership to optimize lead quality and close rates while meeting monthly revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3+ years of consultative sales experience with success closing high-ticket products or services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to quickly build trust with students and parents.
• Strong discovery, presentation, objection-handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home workspace for video consultations.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and CRM platforms like HubSpot or GoHighLevel, Zoom, and other cloud tools.

Responsibilities

• Enrollment Consultations & Closing: conduct consultative meetings, understand goals, recommend Vanguard programs, address questions, and close enrollments.
• Pipeline & CRM Management: maintain CRM records, follow up with leads, advance opportunities through the pipeline, monitor performance.
• Sales Development & Collaboration: provide feedback on leads, identify referrals, support webinars and outreach, stay informed on testing and admissions trends.
