MyComputerCareer is seeking an Enrollment Advisor to drive pipeline growth for the Cyber Warrior Program. You will engage prospective students, deliver consultative presentations, and guide applicants through enrollment, funding, and onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of demonstrated success in target-driven sales environments (direct sales, recruiting/staffing, or outbound B2B/B2C).
• High-volume daily activity discipline with pipeline velocity.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and video presentation tools.
• Strong presentation and active-listening skills to translate career aspirations into enrollments.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth by articulating value and delivering compelling presentations.
• Maintain high-volume outreach to progress candidates through the sales funnel.
• Exceed enrollment quotas, conversion velocity, and KPIs in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Demonstrate resilience and positive grit to overcome objections and maintain momentum.
• Guide candidates through enrollment milestones including funding documentation and onboarding.
