Job summary

CIBR Warriors is seeking an Enrollment Advisor to drive consultative pipeline growth, close enrollments, and deliver engaging consultations. You will manage high-volume outreach, meet conversion targets, and guide candidates through the enrollment process with empathy and accountability.

The role emphasizes strong consultative sales, data-driven follow-up, and cross-team collaboration to ensure students are motivated and prepared for a successful start date.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years of proven sales experience in target-driven environments.
• High-volume activity discipline and pipeline velocity.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and video presentation tools.
• Exceptional presentation and active-listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth by articulating the value of technical skills training.
• Maintain high-volume outreach to actively advance candidates through the sales funnel.
• Exceed enrollment targets, conversion velocity, and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Guide qualified candidates through enrollment milestones, including readiness assessments and documentation.
• Deliver engaging in-person and camera-on consultations to build trust and uncover motivators.
• Collaborate across teams to support retention and start readiness.
