Job summary

RemX, the engineering division of Employbridge, is seeking a Client Sales Executive who can hunt new business and expand strategic accounts in a remote capacity across the United States. You will drive revenue by winning contracts and managing multi‑site engineering clients.

Leverage your deep experience in staffing, knowledge of engineering industries, and ability to open new accounts to consistently reach $1M+ annual revenue.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of staffing/workforce solutions experience, with a strong preference for Engineering, Technical, Professional, or highly specialized staffing.
• 2+ years of successful business development/account management experience with responsibility for generating new business.
• Proven ability to open new accounts, not simply manage an inherited book of business.
• Proven experience personally developing, growing, or managing staffing accounts that generating $1M+ in annual revenue/spend.
• Experience selling staffing or workforce solutions into mid‑market and enterprise organizations with significant contingent labor needs.
• Demonstrated staffing/workforce solutions sales experience within at least one of our core Engineering industries: Aerospace & Defense, Automotive/Mobility, Industrial Manufacturing, Data Centers, Semiconductor, Medical Device/Life Sciences, or Rail/Transportation. Experience across multiple target industries is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• The role will hunt for new business and grow strategic accounts.
• Sell Contract, Contract-to-Hire and Direct Hire solutions.
• Build credible relationships with Engineering, Operations, Talent Acquisition, Procurement and executive leadership.
• Demonstrate measurable results from prior staffing sales.
