Job summary

RemX by Employbridge seeks a Client Sales Executive to build senior-finance relationships and win new finance & accounting clients. You will engage Controllers, CFOs, and VPs, delivering tailored staffing solutions and executive search where needed.

You will partner with delivery teams, qualify opportunities, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from intake to placement. A Bachelor’s degree and proven success in professional staffing at the finance leadership level are required; the role offers

Qualifications

• Meaningful experience selling professional staffing, search, or consulting services within Accounting & Finance.
• Proven ability to open doors with senior finance leaders (Controllers, CFOs, VPs of Finance).
• Comfort selling at the finance leadership level and discuss Controllers’ roles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client-facing business development efforts to capture new logos and expand within existing accounts.
• Uncover consulting and interim project work through awareness of CAO/CFO trends.
• Partner with delivery teams to provide white-glove service from intake to fulfillment and quality reviews.
• Coordinate cross-practice opportunities and leverage shared clients for referrals.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
