Job summary

RemX by Employbridge, a leading finance and accounting staffing division, is seeking a Client Sales Executive for its Finance & Accounting practice. You will build relationships with Controllers, VPs of Finance, Directors, and CFOs to win new business and expand existing client accounts.

In this role you will leverage our Exact Match approach, work with a dedicated delivery team, and pursue high-value engagements such as ERP implementations, audit readiness, and M&A integration.

• Meaningful experience selling professional staffing, search, or consulting services within Accounting & Finance.

• Bachelor’s Degree or applicable years of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in person, virtual, and electronic client-facing business development efforts to capture new logos, expansion inside existing EmployBridge/RemX accounts, and create relationships with channel partners like OP’s within PE and VC firms, commercial banking, networking groups, etc.
• Stay informed about what’s happening in the world of the CAO/CFO to unearth consulting and interim project work: ERP conversions, audit preparation, month-end and backlog cleanup, M&A integration, technical accounting and reporting readiness, or volume transactional opportunities.
• Partner closely with your best-in-class delivery team. Our model pairs business development with specialized F&A recruiters rather than asking one person to do both badly.
• Ensure white glove service by managing the process from intake to fulfillment to consistent quality reviews with your hiring manager AND candidates.
• Work the cross-practice opportunity. Employbridge has several brands and additional specialties. Shared clients are real here, and referrals between practices are compensated.
