Job summary

RemX is seeking a Client Sales Executive in Remote Engineering Division to drive new business and grow strategic engineering staffing accounts. You will sell Contract, Contract-to-Hire, Direct Hire and Managed Engineering Solutions, building credible relationships with Engineering, Operations, Talent Acquisition and procurement leadership.

Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and generate $1M+ annual revenue is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of staffing/workforce solutions experience with engineering/technical staffing.
• 2+ years of business development/account management generating new business.
• Proven success selling Contract, Contract-to-Hire, Direct Placement, SOW or Managed Engineering Solutions.
• Proven ability to open new accounts, not only manage an inherited book.
• Experience building staffing accounts generating $1M+ in annual revenue/spend.
• Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise orgs with significant contingent labor needs.
• Experience selling into core engineering industries: Aerospace & Defense, Automotive/Mobility, Industrial Manufacturing, Data Centers, Semiconductor, Medical Device/Life Sciences, or Rail/Transportation.
