Job summary

Ellsworth Adhesives is seeking an Engineering Sales Representative to drive sales within the Charleston, SC territory. This remote role requires collaboration with customers' engineering teams to tailor processes for specialty chemical solutions, and to manage relationships with key stakeholders across purchasing, engineering, and logistics.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in industrial B2B sales, a BS degree, and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial B2B sales experience.
• Bachelor of Science in a technical or business-related field.
• Access to a personal vehicle for daily territory travel.
• Current automobile insurance meeting company requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong integrity, customer service, collaboration and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Drive the sales process with existing and prospective customers within the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with the customer’s engineering team to specify and develop manufacturing processes for specialty chemical solutions.
• Establish and maintain professional customer/vendor relationships with key personnel.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets within the territory.
• Travel within the assigned territory, with some overnight travel for training and meetings.
