Job summary

Ellsworth Adhesives is seeking an Engineering Sales Representative to grow our technical sales in the Charleston, SC area. This remote role requires living within the territory to support daily travel and customer engagement.

You will identify engineered solutions, build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, and pursue new business opportunities while leveraging a comprehensive benefits package. Travel is expected within the territory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial B2B sales experience, preferably in specialty chemicals
• Requires a Bachelor of Science in a technical or business field
• Must have access to a personal vehicle for daily use in territory
• Must maintain automobile insurance meeting policy requirements
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365
• Strong integrity, customer service, teamwork, and drive

Responsibilities

• Identify and present engineered solutions for customer applications and coordinate testing
• Establish relationships with customer personnel across purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, QA, and management
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to meet customer needs
• Maintain technical knowledge of specialty chemical solutions and manage territory
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
• Bring innovative solutions to customers in diverse industries
• Travel daily within territory and some overnight travel for training/meetings
