Job summary

i2G Systems is seeking a remote Engineering Coordinator to bridge executive operations with engineering workflows. You will support engineering leadership, manage project documentation, and coordinate cross-functional communications to ensure smooth technical and departmental operations.

Responsibilities include task workflow management in Smartsheet, centralized tracking of projects and quotes with Sales, and maintaining onboarding records.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in project coordination, technical administration, or EA support
• Experience in engineering, security, or construction tech preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication with C-suite and engineers

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering task requests and ownership
• Manage project documentation and dashboards
• Track deadlines, SLAs, and milestones
• Coordinate cross-functional communications between Engineering, Sales, Operations, Procurement, Finance, HR
• Provide admin support to engineering leadership and prepare reports
