Job summary

i2G Systems is hiring a remote Engineering Coordinator to bridge executive operations and engineering workflows. You will manage project documentation, task coordination, and cross-functional communications to ensure smooth technical and departmental operations.

You will support VP of Engineering and managers, coordinate meetings, and maintain onboarding, training, and access. This role is fully remote with nationwide scope in the United States.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in project coordination or admin in engineering/technical environments.
• Proficient with MS 365 and collaborative planning tools.
• Strong calendar, doc control, and multi-tasking skills.
• Professional interaction with C-suite leaders and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Manage admin workflow for engineering task requests via Smartsheet.
• Review requests for completeness and required docs.
• Coordinate task ownership and deadlines.
• Monitor overdue tasks and workload visibility.
• Provide regular task-status reporting to leadership.
• Track active projects, quotes, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate requirements with Sales and Operations.
