Job summary

i2G Systems is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support Field Operations Managers and Project Managers across regional offices. You will help coordinate project tasks from award through completion, schedule resources, and maintain accurate status reports, ensuring PMs’ leadership reports are complete and timely.

The role requires strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and in teams, and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects or field operations.
• Strong communication and scheduling abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office and project tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings and track project tasks from award to completion.
• Assist with scheduling resources and maintaining project status reports.
• Ensure accurate PM reports and timely updates to leadership.
• Support kickoff meetings, risk reviews, and change orders as needed.
• Maintain organized records, timekeeping, and billing milestones.
